About me & Skills

About Me

During my time at Dayananda Sagar University, I had lots of fun and made many unforgettable experiences  by actively engaging in various technical, non-technical and leadership activities.

As for technical activities, as a core member of multiple clubs and committees, I coordinated workshops, international hackathons, technical events focused on Machine Learning, multiple futuristic technologies, and Web Development. I was deeply involved in projects that allowed me to apply my skills in AI & ML, Full Stack Development, and DSA. I also participated in competitions and collaborative initiatives, earning great recognitions for my skills, leadership qualities, charm and ability to think on feet.

Now to the non-technical part, enjoyed every work, had healthy collaborations with 100’s of people be it industry professionals, professors, experts and leaders in multiple different walks of life or my dear acquaintances. Organized multiple fun events, hosted lots of character building activities, cause we all know just education produces you with robots for which we already have OpenAI, so yes, did lots of things to make sure everyone I met got an insight into life rather than just the usual.

The amount of dynamic challenges I had to handle in my educational journey played a good role in equipping me with both technical expertise and made me capable of handling any person and any situation and get the best possible outcome, enabling me to build a strong foundation for my career as well as for the journey of life.

Providing an experience and not just a service, Experience Now ↯↯↯

Skills & Preparation

In today's world, we all know basic domain knowledge of all tech stacks are important to know what is what, how and where to use what and basically to be flexible, as the job role demands.

So my primary preparations include,

Mastering the field of AI & ML :
NLP, LLMs, Gen AI, Neural networks, transfer learning, deep learning, computer vision, Ml algos. Learning and leveraging all these techniques to build predictive models and to integrate ai & ml tools wherever possible.

Also, i feel the need to understand how internet works, how websites, apps function and how to implement them is a core part of being an engineer.

So learning that.

Learning Full-Stack Development :

Front-end :
Basically starting with HTML, CSS, Javascript in front-end equipping myself with the ability to easily use frameworks like Reactjs, Nextjs, Angular.

Database :
Learning Basic SQL and MongoDB for now.

Back-end :
Diving deep with Nodejs and Expressjs as of now.
Also efficient in implementing python backend for web-apps using Flask and a little bit of Django.

Hosting services:
Making myself familiar with the AWS platform and also glancing the server less simple Hosting services a little.

Also, UI/UX Designing and Developing, it's just Visualisation and people understanding, using tools like Figma for prototyping, miro for wireframing, canva for simple tasks, designs.

Version control:
Obviously Git and Github for now.

OS:
Windows, Linux.

Finally, last but not the least the Golden DSA :
Practicing beginner level DSA considering all the edge constraints and time and space complexities.

Other skills include :

Wix Developer: Wix enables multiple people with or without required tehnical knowledge to easily control their own website. So, Leveraging Wix studio's Devloper Mode to build professional, efficient, user-friendly and attractive dynamic websites in a very short span of time  is one of my skills.

Graphic Designer: Creative brain visualizes masterpieces and isntisn't satisfied till the exact thing is produced, so as a need across many fields Graphic Designing is one of my strongholds.

Video and Audio Editing: In today's world social media run the world and videos run them. And this domain has endless possibilities, so i enjoy making all kinds of visually appalling videos with great music.

Other than these i keep mastering Many more dynamic stuffs, softwares, tools, etc.. as per requirements..

Coming Soon

Actively working on the domains of:

AI & ML:
Using GEN AI, LLMs, Transfer Learning, ML, DL, Neural networks, NLP, Mlops, flask etc. to build multiple practical use case based projects.

Web Dev:
End-to-End Web apps using Reactjs, Nextjs, MongoDB, express, nodejs which are ready to be deployed for real-time use.

DSA:
Optimized projects showcasing functionality and efficiency of different DSA Algorithms in real world problem solving.

All projects are in testing and documentation phases, will soon be uploaded and deployed.
Starting open-source contributions once everything is ready.

Ideathon - 2022

21st July 2022

Just after a big adventure in CDAC, wanted to replicate the same in our college. So hosted a Ideathon for all the first years. Team of Interdisciplinary professionals designed a open ended problem statement which gave students the opportunity to dive into any domain they want while solving the problem. After the working time-frame, each team were assigned a panel to present. Finally all panel members came up with the top performers who presented to all panel members, then based on experts voting and dynamic rubrics winners were declared.

Organizing this event was a great opportunity at the beginning of my career, from making id-cards, handling volunteers, inviting guests, panelists, to arranging all the necessities of the event and making sure the smooth flow of the event.

This took days of effort, trails and preparation to make it a success. We prepared a software simulation of the Steam power plant. And significantly built a working prototype of a

Vertical-Axis Wind Turbine. We used a 12 V DC motor, prepared a reasonably stable and large fan for it, connected the wires to a Led. Used a Hair-dryer to generate wind. So, once everything was set up, the Led would glow from the electrical energy generated by the Generator (dc motor) by rotation of the fan.

The day started with industry professionals educating about the corporate world; this session included in-depth insights into current industry trends and practical advice on navigating corporate dynamics. Next, resume-building classes and beating the ATS screening hands-on session provided valuable techniques for crafting resumes that stand out, ensuring participants could confidently tackle the challenges of automated screening systems. Then, group discussions were held team-wise, with engaging topics like AI in 2034, blockchain, and edge computing, which sparked lively debates and showcased innovative thinking. Later, one-on-one technical and HR interview practical sessions allowed attendees to experience real-world scenarios, refining their interview skills with personalized feedback.

Throughout the day, scores were meticulously assigned to both team and individual performances. I was unanimously elected as the team leader, and my sole objective was to drive my teammates to excel, bringing out the very best in each one of them. This session had lot of activities like :

It was a great day for me to do what i do best aka public speaking, did a active participation in all the activities by encouraging and guiding acquaintances, demonstrating and volunteering.

Had always lead from the front, so this time to try something new tried leading from the back .i.e. empowering all teammates with delegated tasks and encouraging everyone to take risks and exercise informed decision-making.

Personal Effectiveness Program

12th March 2022

A groundbreaking opportunity arose in college, where I led a diverse team of 10 in a friendly competition, a first for the institution. The highlight was our Trainer, Mr. Vishwa Hegde, who shared invaluable life experiences and taught self-development techniques like SWOT analysis. Following his guidance, I led the team for the first time, ensuring everyone felt heard and comfortable. We worked harmoniously toward a shared goal, resulting in victory. This experience ignited my confidence in public speaking, leadership, and handling spontaneous situations. I began seizing every opportunity with enthusiasm and dedication.
